Mine was, until today: 1 scoop Muscle Milk (1/2 serving, ~17g protein) 1 scoop ON Whey (25g protein) a little bit of creatine monohydrate water I just ran out of Muscle Milk, and in an effort to save some money was just going to use whey and creatine. It got me to thinking: what do you guys use? I've been seeing some really good gains lately, but Muscle Milk isn't cheap, either. I'm thinking I'll just see how plain old whey goes for a month or two, and then go from there. What do you guys use? What have you tried that has or has not worked? How much protein is in your PWO shake? Do you use milk, or water?
