I read the sticky but being a noob at this shit thats a tad confusing. I am finally going to get getting some free time in about two weeks so I can start working out again... In the past I did the major NO NO and worked out and ate literally 700 calories a day..for me it actually worked for a while..but anyways... I don't wanna be in the gym everyday for 2 hours..I want to just lose fat and tone a little...no need to get jacked and tan. I want to be in and out as fast as possible but still get a decent fat loss work out.
