prescription or otherwise.
fiber and fat delay gastric emptying
fucklots of soluble fiber
cabbage is pretty good too, lols.
Lots of bulk, little calories. not really an answer to your question......but.......
*sigh* such a helpful place
A combination of ginseng and hoodia taken daily is pretty effective. Atomoxetine, Viloxazine, and Reboxetine are prescription only but all have appetite suppressant effects.
Ive heard mixed results with Glucagon and Yerba Mate.
Came here to say this.
Yerba/ginseng/hoodia are all stimulants aren't they?
cardio release leptin which is appetite suppressant..
Really, I wasn't aware of the MOA
Meridia/reductil is probably the only non-stim suppressant that has any noticeable effect IMO. Even then, I hardly think it's worth it. Just drink some green tea and get some fiber. No need to take drugs.
MOA? o yea and green tea is known to supress appetite
yerba mate is definately
reductil is good. 1 cap a day keeps your appetite away.
prescription in aus, dont know about americas.
never thought i'd hear that from you
I have a pretty conservative attitude towards drugs. Risk/benefit is my guideline. Of course, we all need to evaluate the risks and benefits individually.
yes, so please tell me what you have taken for appetite suppression.
Synthetic, MOA = Mechanism of Action
Nothing. I drink some green tea, chew on some ice cubes, drink a diet sprite (carbonation makes my belly feel full) or eat some celery.
