I can barely run 3 miles in < 30 minutes. I would like to do it in 21.... Anyone have any ideas?
Speedwork- tempo runs and intervals.
I actually find that one treadmill run a week where I can really gauge my speed helps a lot when I'm working on that part of running.

Do HIIT on a track, sprint the straights and slowly jog the curves.
