bench: I only do reps, so I'm up to 155x5
squat: don't squat anymore
DL: don't dead lift anymore, either
actually, if anyone could help me out here... I've had a problem with my lower back hurting after long runs (7+ miles), do you think DLs would help that at all?
prolly would help. What would help alot is to not run 7+ miles. Get in the car and drive

Squat - Don't know, usually rep 365lbs. for 8 reps, 3 sets
DL - no clue, havn't done them for 2 years
