litterally. before I pay a doc to get an answer, was wondering if any of you had any advice. it's like im half way constipated. i shit each day but just have a hell of a time doing it, and am never "cleaned out." i get between 25-30g of fiber a day. high protein, low carb ~65g of fats. tried using probiotics, that seemed to help at first, really it just gave me the shits though. and only a couple times. for the most part i stay full. fuck, what an awkward thing. anyways. any suggestions would be great.
