Just curious to see how long it took some of you to get to where you're at today.

I guess I lifted for the first time in college when I was 18 and I never took it seriously. On and off since then.... mostly off and when I was working out, my post workout supps were drugs/alcohol.

Seriously now since dec 2010.

1999-2003 Time spent doing bullshit work outs, focusing on bench press and curls (although I never did curl in the squat rack) drinking too much, going to school full time and working full time. Diet was a joke. Weight 165-->185

2004 Started getting serious and doing consistent deads and squats. Still didn't pay too much attention to diet. 185-->195

2005 Time spent busting my ass, bulking like a mofo getting all my sub par lifts and muscles up. Cleaned up my diet a lot and got some good results. Actually lost bodyfat due to eating clean; about 11% bf here, this was the body I could pull the most women with. 3somes, facials, cream pies, all kinds of good stuff 195-->215ish

2006-2009 Time spent getting as big as I possibly could. Constantly looking to increase big 3 lifts, eating tons of food. Zero cardio. Gained a lot of strength 215-->255ish

2010-Present Time spent trying to slowly lose fat down from about 15% and eventually end up at around 10%. Getting close 255ish-->241

On and off since 2001ish (mostly off) when I was skinny-fat and weak. Year I knew what I was doing for the most part, started working out consistently (more on than off) and was able to do it relatively well? 2010ish?

So being 6'3" I must ask...is a relatively lean 255lb achievable without "supplementation"?

yes, that's equivalent to being 6'0 225 lean which is very much possible. Now if you said 6'3 285lb lean weeeeeeeeeeeell..........
