after work, 6-7pm.
tried going before work (6-7am) once. Never again
7 pm or so...
varies every day
6:15am is when I start.
mornings(5:30am) if I can get my ass up, evenings if I miss my morning workouts.
Most of my gym classes- turbo kickboxing and yoga are in the evenings
9 or 10 am....
between 3-5 in the afternoon
I train twice a day, usually an early afternoon session and an evening one.
Midnight or later.
8:30pm - 10pm
Around 6p for me. Tried for a week to get up early and workout, but it was the worst week of my life.
6:45am. Working out in the morning sucks, but I've found I am most consistent at that time, since shit always crops up at night (work late, etc)
