and how often? every 6 weeks? and how long?
I've been going straight for almost 2 months now, I don't want to take a break until I get the results I want.
ill be taking a week long break for Spring break..... I think it will do me good...since i have been going strong without any long break for a year.
whenever my body tells me, which usually happens every couple of months
I have a problem taking more than one day off in a week..
i seem to get teh crazies if i go without for too long.. unless i am sick. i am headed to hawaii in 2 days and i plan to at least hit the weight room of the hotel 2 times...just a quick 20 minute session will ease me through.. once you get into a rythm lifting, I find it tough to stop for any reason other than illness...
I had a hard time staying away on my planned 1 week absence.
Mine usually coincide with vacations and such(spring break, summer trip, x-mas, etc.) So every 3-4 months.
