I wish i had a before pic but i don't.. however, this is me now after 12 months of dieting, went from 160lbs to 124lbs. I am trying very hard to lose the fat at my lower belly but I can't seem to reduce it without sacrificing muscle mass. My arms have gotten smaller too. I am trying to follow the routine in the sticky but it's not working out for me. Do I need to be on a stricter diet and do more cardio to loss the lower belly area?
