I'm 5'10, 145lbs. I'm pretty skinny, not cut at all, have small bitch tits, and some body fat. My goal is to get bigger and lose body fat. By bigger, I mean arms. I want arms a little bigger than what they are now and I want them cut. I heard from OT that my workout plan sucks shit, so I'm turning to F&N Can someone point me or write me a simple workout plan so I can start seeing results in like 3 months or so? Thanks a lot.
