I'll be in SD for christmas this year. Actually on Coronado Island. Where's a good place to go watch this card? I've never been there and I don't wanna miss this one.

I dont knwo if anywhere on coronado shows this.

All hooters restaurants show UFC fights.
The Bullpen in Clairemont and in Encinitas both air them.
The Morena Club charges a cover to come in and watch, but cheap drinks.
Dublin Square, Hennessy's, and Tilted Kilt downtown will all be showing it. thats going to be closest to coronado, but expensive. There is a hooters downtown, but i am sure it will be packed early.
Winstons in OB, but you might get Hep.
Thrusters in PB , but you will be surrounded by bros.

thats all i can think of as far as places that have showed fights in the past.

I would really suggest Hennesy's. Its not the cheapest, but they tend to have the more mature clientele.
If you want to go cheaper I suggest Hooters downtown, but go super early.

I havent watched downtown before, but normally I would suggest going 1 to 2 hours before the event starts, get some food, get some drinks and relax, I knwo the Bull Pen gets a line right around the start of the event.

Thanks:h5:

I'll check out Hennessy's. The closer the better. I might call the resort and see if they're showing it. Worth a shot...

also, call before hand and make sure wherever you go is ordering the fights. 2 or 3 years ago there were only 2 bars in SD I knew of that aired fights, now it seems like there are 100 bars that order them very inconsistently.
