Good idea\bad idea?
I'm trying to gain weight\add muscle..etc
I need to know stat cause I'm going to bed
I don't have casein, but I have plenty of cheese, am I better off eating some cheese?

So the best time for whey is morning, pre WO and PWO, right?

Meh, I make a shake with 2% milk about an hour before going to bed. Works fine. It helped bump me past my sticking point in gaining weight.
whey before bed is fine. casein tastes like dick and doesn't mix for shit. eat some fats w/the whey to slow digestion if you want, although it's not something you need to worry about.
Whey is fine before bed, it keeps the metabolism going and doesn't spike blood sugar like carbs do.

I do casein when I do bedtime shakes. EvoPro is my favorite. Chocolate mixed with skim milk is awesome.

whey in the morning with oats, hour before workout, right after, and casien before bed.
Carb Free Protein Pancakes
- 1/2 cup dry cottage cheese
- 2/3 cup egg whites
- scoop casein protein powder
- cinnamon and splenda to taste
- tsp vanilla extract
Blend, cook in pan, flip once. BAM!!!!!!
Taste better when they're still wet/raw. If you cook them like actual pancakes they taste dry and not so yummy.
