so I bought some for the first time yesterday. I am trying to lose weight (started at 374...currently down to 295). Guy at work told me not to take it if I'm trying to lose weight, because all those calories store as fat. This guy makes up stories all the time though so I didn't know whether to believe him. I got home and did the research myself and it doesn't say anything like that on the sites I was looking at. So, whey is good for everyone right? Do you take it daily or just on lifting days? I do a good amount of cardio, should I take it on those days as well?
