Reviewing White Flood v.2 Watermelon Flavor from Controlled Labs.

Took 2 scoops with 2g Creatine Nitrate.
Didn't have great sleep last night. A little tired, but I wanna hit the gym anyways.

Chest day.

DB Incline
60x8
70x8x3
75x8

BB Incline Bench
135x8x4

Flat DB press
70x8x3

Incline Chest Press Machine
100x8x4

Flat Chest Press Machine

Pec Deck
60x8x4

My chest got pretty pump, but my tris are toast.
Can usually DB press 80 no problem, but not today.
Energy was meh. I wanted to quit half way through and go eat my Jelly Bellies, but something pushed me to keep going.
My lats are still sore from yesterday. Probably affected my exercises today.

No workout today. Gotta pack for my trip. Won't be able to hit a gym until Monday the earliest.
Maybe I'll take a scoop or 2 tomorrow morning for the energy.
Gotta wake up at like 4 to hit the ferry at 6:30am.

First day of work on the island. Long days.
Got a workout in after work.
Took 2 scoops WF with 2g creatine nitrate.

Squats
135x8
185x8
225x8
225x8
275x2

Front squats
135x5x5

Zercher squats
135x6x3
135x8

Legs were pumped. Back got really pumped. Not gonna take CN on leg or back days again.
Gotta really good energy and focus.
Good workout. Wish I could do more sets/reps, but back was too pumped.

Did some sets on the chest press machine for the pumps lol.

Good work out.

Did some BB rows and pullups this morning. Not feeling it.

Came back after work cuz I felt like doing DLs and pullups LOL.
Low reps on the DLs.

Had a really good workout today even though I felt tired and lazy after work. Took 2 scoops WF. I had so much focus and energy at the gym. Did single squats and kept going up in weight. Hit my previous PR @ 335 and felt really good. Hit 355 and then finally 365x1. Felt great. Did a few sets of zerchers squats and then did heavy DLs. Then pumped my bis. Still wanted to work out but the gym was closing.
All in all, great workout thanks to the WF.
