Active army
92F aka Fueler but have only worked in my MOS for about year, my duty right now is the S1 shop and the unit armorer.
A shade over 4 years in service.
B co. 1/52 AVN Task Force
Just went to the range this week actually and hit 36/40. PT test was taken in Feb. for the board and I scored 270 something.
Basic at Fort Jackson, AIT at Fort Lee.
Working on my 2nd deployment in Iraq, first one was 11 months and this one will be 13 months.

I love the Army but I hate my job and the fact that it is a big huge dead end. It doesn't even translate well into the civilian world, when I get out I'll have around 7 years in, I am going to try and reclass but if they won't put me in something that I want I'll just get out and go to school. Probably to be an RN.

Cadet
Army ROTC- Want active also
Want infantry/engineer/FA
Going to LDAC in June then CTLT in July
Wish I had enlisted first because every day I am in uniform and not in Afghanistan I feel like I'm doing nothing for the army.

Good luck at LTC. I too thought it sucked but you'll have memories that will last forever haha. Nothing there was physically challenging for me, but I guess I can see it sucking if you were out of shape. Make sure you drink a lot of water.

Been in a little over 2 years, just under 4 left
McGuire AFB, NJ

Basic at Lackland (duh), tech school at Sheppard.

One deployment to Dhafra already, another coming up this winter, many more after that I'm sure...

My job is fun and I travel a lot but I don't think I'm re-enlisting. Long hours, not enough pay, etc etc etc. Plus I'm already getting people from Lockheed and Boeing calling me.
Only way I'll stay in is if they accept my package to become an FE, or maybe I might commission and fly... I don't know.
