What do you cook with it?
i put about a tablespoon in my oats when theyre done cooking
my test levels have increased 94 ng/dl since eating it
I rub it on my penis
there is a nice thai soup dish that involves hot peppers and chicken cooked in it. tastes amazing, but need to watch the calories of course when using coconut oil
you've got two coconuts and you're banging them together?
me, i use oil for cooking in the pan (i mix it up... i use evoo, pam,and mac nut oil). Cook eggs, beef, or sometimes add to shakes
use coconut flakes on oatmeal
coconut flakes on top of dates stuffed with almonds FTW
goes nice with lychee or plum wine
coconut butter here.
Is there any actual scientific proof behind your suggestion that coconut oil raised your test levels, and that it wasn't caused by something else?
the saturated fat, lauric acid, which is high in coconut oil raises ldl and hdl levels (but because hdl goes up ldl will drop afterwards)... high hdl levels are linked to higher test levels
although dont binge on that lauric acid yet...
stearic acid another found in saturated fats, turns into oleic acid in the liver... (found in red meat, cocoa butter). unfortunately red meat comes with more palmatic acidsaturated fat which raises ldl
oliec acid, found in monounsaturated fats (olive oil, safflower) just boosts hdl without the ldl so the effect is greater.
just trust me

good enough for me, thanks bro
i use it for my hair
virgin coco oil
I like to hold a coconut in my hand and slam it on the ground once or twice until it cracks open, then drink the juice with a straw.
I have a video of myself doing that.
Love to spread coconut oil on toast like butter.
according to this site, which may be complete bullshit i dunno, but coconut oil is the best 'test booster'.
again i dont know if we should trust that site
I know, I was referring to that. I was hoping someone would catch it
But srsly, you inspired me to do that.
what is the cost like compared to other oils?
Toast coconut in a baking pan @ 350 for about 5 min make sure to keep an eye on it as it will burn easily. I usually sprinkle some on yogurt or oatmeal or just eat it by the handful.
^ toasted coconut is sooo good.
guys make sure its virgin or not processed, as cheaper products are hydrogenated. (in coffee creamers they use hydrogenated coconut oils)
