The ball is good for a few things, but not as your entire workout.

i've seen bigdamnray tell others to do db bench on the stability ball
I use the ball for certain things, mainly stretching and balance work for crew. We do a few exercises on it, mostly body weight. The hardest thing to do on it is to jump onto the top of it and do squats.
Shit, first no-xplode now I gotta buy a stability ball?
it's good for training stabilizers and stuff... but it's tough to do heavy work (i.e. heavy DB chest press) on, imo
I do my heavy BB flat bench on a ball
yeah, it helps the stabilizer muscles more... just not easy to do so
