what the hell is wrong with me?

i dead alot more than i squat
Oh. Then the problem is that I'm an idiot.
How come most people here dead more than they squat? Do they just not work as hard at their squat or someting?
my dead is about 75 lbs less
i think some peoples bodies are naturally better at some movements, like some people can dead better in sumo than traditional stance
my dead is 45 lbs than my squat
dead is about 15 pnds more than my squat
Is it weird to have the same flat bench as squat?
My dead was almost 100lbs above my squat
Yes you may wanna work on the squat a bit more
havent maxed out my squat yet, but im pretty sure its not going to surpass my deadlift.

Alot of people deadlift more than they squat, especially when starting. After a while your squat will most likely catch up and surpass your deadlift.
