Why can't I Wake On LAN remotely?

I've done this before, on the same computer. I was able to switch on a computer using a Wake On LAN magic packet from someone else's house. The magic packet went through the router of the remote network and turned on the correct PC.

But when I do it now on the same machine, it doesn't work.

The settings seem to be fine like before. What should I check? I know it's called Wake on LAN, but I know it can be done from remote networks. It enters the router of the remote computer's network and the destined PC should think that the request came from the LAN because it came from the LAN's own router.

Port forwarding is done as well. The packet goes through port 9, and I've already opened this on the port forwarding section on the remote router and pointed it to the IP address the PC is given. I am using the correct MAC address of the destined PC.

    What should I check?
