New, they're $55,000+.
With 3,000 on the clock, they're already low $40s...
I don't know but if I get enough inheritance from a relative, I am buying one.
all cars are like that.
cause people that buy them flog the shit out of them
Now, that actually makes sense.
base price when they first released em here was like 39k
They're rather unreliable and get beaten up a lot?
Even still, Lotus Exige-S is pure sex on wheels
true. they're a performance track car- they're made to be raced not drive your grandma to church.
My dealer in Dallas keeps quoting 58ish.
Same equipment is $20k less with a few thousand on the clock.

I'm investing my inheritance
Owned by philo's
I've got my parents to invest
but seriously, no idea if I'm even getting anything
Didn't the older Lotuses used to be powered by engines made by Isuzu? Or am I confusing them with something else?
uhm no not ferrari or lambo, just to name a few
How are they unreliable its a Celica engine.
There are a lot of parts in the car that aren't the engine
Also, most owners put a ton of stress on them
practicality is minimal.
rover K engine
it's held together by glue and rattles a lot
a celolica engine?
Because they smell of gheyness from the previous owner, sticks to the upholstery.
because Ace3 owned one
almost any car between $40k and $160k will lose $10-15k when you drive it off the lot
