only in one leg though. I keep hurting one. Any thoughts?
this can possibly mean that your adductors on that leg is the weak link. its straining to make up for the load that your puting on it. you can find an exercise that isolates this muscle to make it stronger and it won't be as much of a problem.
could be tight hips that force more weight on it as well thats what happened to me. still kinda hurts to this day
werd. thats a serious problem of mine. i actually feel it more when trying to do hip or leg stretches without weight :/
I can do deads and good mornings of course, but when I drop down, the left one feels like its going to hop out of my leg. I think my form is good, so i don't know what else it could be, other than me being a pussy. It started hurting on the first set, but I went ahead and did all 5. I'm tired of this shit.
no your form has to be close to right at least. thats the area where good mornings and deads work. you probably just need to isolate that area with an exercise.
thanks, thats what I needed to hear. I guess I'll have to fight the bitches for the adductor machines. I'll make sure and gawk at them when I use em too.
my lift hip does not like squats.. rheumatoid arthritis for teh lose
