I started at 5'8" about 185 I am getting my weight in protein grams this entire time (last 4-5 months) I'm now at 170 and ALL of my weights have gone down. especially squat. i continued to lift as heavy as possible and eat as well as possible. Now, I haven't been counting calories, but obviously i'm in a deficit. 15 lbs over 4 months or so is really slow!! so why are my lifts down and the fucking love handles still there!?? i dont get it. where could I have gone wrong?? too little cals??
