Been finding myself in F&N more recently, and figured it would be good to know why everyone who posts here frequently works out. Why do you work out? What do you do? What are your goals? I train for athletic benefits concerning martial arts. Therefore most of my training centers around strength/power and conditioning. I'm not a BBer (fighting weight is 155), but consider myself more of an athlete. I try to stay well rounded, so I use every form of exercise I can. It helps for me to do a lot, because I am a little impatient, and can get bored of a routine quite quickly unless it is quite varied. Currently I'm in a strength phase, so I'm trying to get my big 3 up (worried most about my DL though) while working towards improving my bodyweight movements. I'm also finishing up my BS in Exercise Science, and am taking examinations for my CSCS certification at the end of this semester.
