Seriously. Its always been my weakest link. I've got a decent set of lats (finally), my triceps are bigger and stronger than they've ever been. My pecs, well, as good as they've ever been. But my damn bench sucks. I've got decent form as far as I can tell. I really don't know whats holding me back. I'm thinking of taking a couple weeks off from flat bench, upping the weight on my db presses, and seeing if anything happens. The good news is I have packed on a good bit of size since I started bulking, and I've made positive progress on every lift!!! 5x5 hurts my insides...but I love it.
