Moderation is the key here. Soy is fine if you have it every now and then - tofu, miso, etc... But having it daily and being your main source of protein could be a big problem if you are a guy.

anyways I drink soy milk. Not a lot but I tend to mix it with my protein when I feel like having something tasty. Being lactose intolerant sucks ass. lol
