where were we?
What the fuck are you talking about?
links, bitch! stat!
They were attacking and destroying American property.
They should have been shot.
Looks like it only lasted a few minutes.
If they had broken through the gates I would hope the Embassy marines would have fired on them. I don't ever want to see a repeat of the Iranian Hostage debacle.
One hardcorps MSG who killed heavily armed Al Qaeda operatives trying to take over the American embassy in Saudi Arabia:
@ the bolded part... that just goes to show how important boot camp was, and if they went soft on this fine Marine in boot camp like they're doing now at army basic, he may not have handled the situation the same way and things may have gotten very ugly.
Haven't you seen the movie Rules of Engagement with Samuel L. Jackson and Tommy Lee Jones?
First off you aren't even in the service yet. You have not earned any right whatsoever to talk shit about any basic. This guy performed his job correctly because he was that type of person, things could have been way different if he was a shitbag.
With that said him and his team did a good job.
Probably trying to prevent an "incident"
Al Asad is fucking stupid.
sometimes, i really feel bad for you. You can't even laugh at airforce and navy basic training, since right now its not even certain you'd make it through those. Why dont you earn your uniform first, before you start talking shit, PX warrior wait your not even allowed in the PX yet. Guess that makes you a Recruiting Station Warrior. Im sure all the other DEPs are intimidated by how much you know of the military.
The incident didn't happen at al asad, that's just where he received his award about 1 year later.
ouch, backfire!! LOLZ. retreat retreat!!!
You remind me of those marine DEP kids at the recruiting station who would randomly lean over and ask if I would rather shot bin laden or stab him with a k-bar. They would always prefer to stab him.
