I work as a welder/pipe-fitter from 5am-5pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Then 5am-1pm on Monday. What I want to do is lift and do cardio on Monday after work, again on Tuesday, then again on Thursday. After beating stainless steel all day with a sledge hammer and other retarded shit, I don't feel like lifting. As long as I keep up with my diet, is there anything wrong with my schedule?
