Supposidly the 7D is a seperate line, so yeah, there will probably be a 60D, and way down the road an 8D or something.
60D will probably see see most of the upgrades the 7D got minus the built in flash trigger, viewfinder size, FPS, and. . . well I've forgotten most of the other features of the 7D.
And it better be full frame or Canon fails.
full-frame is a huge defining factor between the 30/40/50D line-up and the 5D/1D lineup... I doubt they'd change that any time soon.
Fuck that. If it's not fool frame with 1000p HD video, 3 megapixel with the ability to shoot cleanly at 256,000iso Canon fails! Fails!
I hope it doesn't come with HD video recording. Because I don't have any need for that and therefor don't want to pay extra for it.
Oh shit, the 50D have HD video recording? I forgot.
Worst statement ever. Might as well stick with a 10/20/30/40/50D because EVERY slr from here on out will have the ability to shoot HD video. Or you can save the money and buy a non-HD video/still camera like the ... leica M9
Do you not even understand that what you're saying is ridiculous?
Excuse me, Canon, can you make camera with less abilities and older technology so that it's cheaper?
We did, it's called the 10/20/30/40/50D.
Okay, I guess I get your point.
