So I'm nearing the end of my weight loss cycle. Next friday is when I officially end it and I'll post some pics up then. So far i've went from 6 ' 225 @ 22% to [email protected]%. Not too bad, I guess. I can see my abs while flexing, but I have a little bit of lower back fat that I can't seem to get rid of. At this point I don't really care cause I'm so sick of dieting. Now on to bulking. Hopefully you guys can help me out. First off, for 12 weeks, I'm going to be switching to a modified version of the Bill Starr routine. I need to modify, due to the fact that I'm already decently strong in the big 3 and the volume in the original rountine is'nt enough for me. Since I'm I'm an endomorph, I gain fat+muscle pretty easily. My goal is to minimize fat gain. So this is what I'm thinking for a bulking diet : 3500-3700 cals a day 300-350 of complex carbs (brown rices, sweet potatoe, wheat bread, oats etc) about 100-150 grams of fats and about 300-400 grams of protein. To minimize fat gain, I'm going to be doing cardio 3 times a week. 2 days are 40 minute jogs at 7 mph, 1 day is a HIIT training for about 10-15 minutes. My ultimate goal after my bulking phase would be 210-215 @ 13-15%. I know it's alot to read, but what do you guys think?
