    Did the hanging leg raises from a static pullup position with elbows at 90*, bringing knees to bar height. Cot damn

    My main lifts are feeling pretty light and im still getting back in the groove so i will skip this deload and start another cycle of 531 with minimal accessory work.

    Lost my motivation... Not feeling 531 at all it worked great in college but i was young and on a dreamerbulk.

    Going to just not give a fuck about numbers and do a Push/Legs/Pull hypertrophy split of exercises I can do in my garage. It would help it I had a decent gym within 10 minutes but all the good ones are far af and I already drive 4+ hours per day

    Finally got a couple more wheels so now i can at least deadlift moderately heavy now all i need is an adjustable bench and im set

    Push day 1:

    Floor press
    95 x 20, 20

    Sohp
    65 x 15, 10

    Cg barbell pushups
    Bw x 20, 20

    Bench dips
    Bw x 15, 15

    Laterals
    10's x 15 x 4

    Need to start doing some basic mobility stuff before lifting. My right hip felt tight during squats and i tweaked something in my left lower back on the sldl's letting the weight pull me lower than i should have.

    135 x 15, tweaked my back on second set

    Normally will follow this with a couple split leg exercises and abs/calves

    Back felt fine today must have just been a small spasm as a heating pad seemed to cure it.
