    Calves

    Did the hanging leg raises from a static pullup position with elbows at 90*, bringing knees to bar height. Cot damn

    Supposed to squat tonight but i just moved about 2500lb of paving stones just now so im probably going to push that forward a day :o

    Did some jumping lunges, hanging leg raises, and light bb split squats

    My main lifts are feeling pretty light and im still getting back in the groove so i will skip this deload and start another cycle of 531 with minimal accessory work.
