I know it doesn't seem like alot on this forum. But I hit a big milestone for me. I was able to DB Flat Press 100lb's for 7 reps. Thats a bigggg deal for me because I ussualy stick to BB for stability reasons. I just started to go to DB the last few weeks because my wrist is feeling slowly up to par. It still has limited motion, but once I try to hold a position and not let it move around, its pretty strong. For those who didn't know about 2 years back I shaddered the shit outa my knee and wrist , forearm in a motorcycle accident. Since then I have limited motion and strength in my left wrist.
