Shoulder started to get very sore so I took a break for two weeks and did some little stuff around the house that I've been meaning to get done. Went back to the weights last night and man was my workout terrible! No focus, felt like a puss and no energy. Managed to keep myself in there til the end though. Back at it tonight and hopefully things will be a lot better. Probably take a few days for my focus to come back. I hate having to take breaks from lifting.
