I workout my chest the day after legs. and i feel like its affecting my chest workout. Anyone else feel the same way ? I want to bring up my upperbody but yet at the same time i dont want to neglect my other major muscle groups. But if i go 100% still on my back/legs it affects my chest workout. my current workout routine Day rest 1 Legs Day rest 2 Chest\bi's Day days 3 Rest Day days 4 Back Day nights 5 shoulders\tri's Day nights 6 rest Day 7 Repeat Legs bi's/tri's are interchangeable, i only work them out when i feel like it. I want to get my upperbody up to par with my legs/back. I've been making some progress on my compound lifts for DL/squats, but its been stagnate with my chest. Thanks.
