When I was like 14 I never worked out before. But then I started, and I didnt know anything about it. And I worked out 3x a day. and it worked well, damn well. I was just wondering what will happen if I repeat this. I mean I just do bench (3x12 at 225), leg curls (3x12 at varies), and arm curls (3x12), and 100 sit ups a day. I weigh somewhere between 235-245 (varies on the day) and want to lose wieght/gain muscle. The whole workout takes me only like 15-20 minutes total, so what do you think about me doing this 2 or 3 times daily? What kind of results will I get and how soon can I see them? PS- I know this isnt an ideal workout or anything like that.... I basically just want to get into better shape physically and slim down and gain more muscle. Cause I am pretty good athletic shape and just want to do this for appearance mostly.
