I know a little about working out. Can somone recommend a good website where i can read about exercises so i can plan a routine. Right now im doing this pretty much the basics bench flat incline and decline, when i do chest i do i also do biceps then wensdays i do shoulders and legs and fridays i do back and triceps. I dont feel like im doing enough exercises on wensdays and fridays cause i dont know enough. So where can i go to learn more. My goal is to loose wieght and get semi big in the process. So im doing all of my sets heavy with about 5 reps and i do maybe 4 sets per exercise. I also do 30 mins of cardio everyday and 100 situps.
