I am 6'1 198lbs... I have been going to the gym 3-4 days a week. I want to lose mabe 15lbs. I have been doing the elliptical for 30-40mins, then doing 1 set of 55-60 crunches. That ussually makes me woozy when I stand up, lol.. Then I do a few arm excersizes... The total workout takes me about 1hr 15mins. Is this enough to help lose weight? I know I need to eat better, and i have been doing that as well. Cut down on soda, and fast food... Eating after 9pm. Don't bash me.. I am a workout newbie.
