Okay me and my friends have started a weight loss challenge from now until June 1st. Theres no money involved in it just the more people we have the more motivated we would be to keep going. Weekly weigh in's and bi weekly pictures. But anyway my sister's friend join in on it. She has a gym membership. But being I am struggling trying to find out a workout a routine because she is a girl. I am a guy so it's totally different then my workout. Can you guys please help me write down a workout routine for her. I already have her on a good diet, and she is following it great. She is basically just want to lose weight and tone up, like most girls. Thanks guys.
