because im craving frosted flakes so bad
yes. any dairy other than eggs
you should allow your self one meal week to eat something you like
last saturday night i had crispy walnut chicken, rice, egg roll and 4 yuenglings
Frosted Flakes in water only

so where do all of these extra calories go? waste?
Theres also lots of people who are one day out from a show(pro bb'ers included) that do whats called "shit loading" and eat foods that are not exactly clean right before the show and end up shredded to the bone and full.
if your depleted enough, they go right to the muscle

hell I ate so much food this weekend at a concert/hotel/drive up and back and put on 7lbs of water. Was gone in 2-3 days.
Cheat days rule.
well, i did it... went to my parents house for a lunch break... ate 2 giant bowls of frosted flakes and another giant bowl of some cinnamon kids cereal. and prob 16 oz of milk at least.
thats not the worst part.
i ended up taking a nap on the couch right afterwards
but its about 3 hours later and i feel almost normal again.
its the failure to succeed that you just demonstrated that makes this sport so difficult. Thanks for proving a point
i wouldnt call that failure. i have 2 more protein meals today and i'll skip my preworkout carbs because im full of glycogen right now.
at midnight, my calorie intake will still be below maintenance for the day.
I'm still not clean cutting.. I just can't do that right now. Somewhat dirty caloric deficit = the win.

depends on the cereal....but im pretty sure milk alone is okay when cutting,, am i right?
