Just to preface, this isn't a serious medical problem or anything. I don't have serious wrist problems and this only happens when working out. When I do curls, especially with dumbbells, I often get this shooting pain down the side of my right wrist down to my pinky. It happens the most at the top of the curl and when I keep my palms facing me. The only way I really do them now is with a hammer curl motion, but that doesn't target the biceps nearly as well. Has anyone else had problems with this before? Any suggestions?
