am I the only one who has this problem? any suggestions for a substitute?
Have you tried doing them on a cable machine with a curved bar?
I've done cable rows, but never with a curved bar. maybe I'll try that next time
you might be grabbing the bar too narrow cause your wrists to be at an uncomfortable angle.
try the rope
try not doing them at all
I wouldn't suggest upright rows to anyone, but using db's is better.
I know they are contra-indicated but I FREAKIN LOVE THEM...its the only thing I do for my traps, besides deads. I use dbs or a rope.
that's my guess...I ran into the same thing
but I quit doing them altogether...I found more effective moves instead
