I agree 100% with the behind the head stuff. Avoid that if you value your shoulders.
Poorly worded title and execution...but brought up many valid points on improper techniques leading to injury.
GMs without safety bars
I miss Cease
I do not do them because of past shoulder problems, but I cannot speak for anyone else.
So basically he is saying avoid lifts that can be done incorrectly? I guess I should stick to machines.
well they do have a point, the deadlift can be pretty dangerous
but if you wanna get strong then it'd be stupid to neglect it
"why you should avoid the deadlift" says nothing about why you should avoid it.
i do avoid leg extensions, they fuck my knees up.
It should be titled "Exercises to avoid unless you know what you are doing"
whos AE are you?
It's ironic he has an article title "Why you should avoid the deadlift" but in his earlier artice "Why you should avoid Goodmornings" he says,
avoid squats an milk at all costs
avoid the [scrawny] fagbag that made that article.
No, that's in front.
no idea but he's being helpful
I googled ' "lat pulldown" wide vs close' or something like that.
weird, i do leg extensions because they help my knees
shouldn't your legs be closer together and the top of your chest "puffed out" a bit more for a proper military press?
no they don't
I do light weight, high reps, 1-3/4 count.
weird because a sports doctor said for me to do them because my right knee was fucked, and since then it's been better...
I agree with the good mornings since I've never seen ANYONE do them the right way.
