Took progress pics tonite and i dont think my lat spread comes out right. What am I doin wrong?
You need to "prop up" your shoulders and bring them slightly forward.
I think your shoulders need to push forward farther than your chest.
push out your chest a little more

no expert but ur arms are not symmetrically placed
nice skin tone... u prolly just need to add more muscles
you need lats first.
