will there be a huge difference when i add ON whey to XTEND rather then the Substance crap?

substance is an isolate and ON is a blend, probably mostly concentrate.
you are so right i didn't see that. in ON isolate is the "primary source of protein" not the only.... i dont' think it'll make a huge difference though...

as someone already stated... the most obvious difference is that one is an isolate and the other is a blend (assuming you're talking about 100% gold standard)..
substance's flavor system > ON's flavor system

what exactly is WPI missing that ON has from the blend?
it does make a difference due to bv values. Isolate is better.

oh, does WPI have any BCAAs at all? nvm just saw it does, damn this shit seems really good...but 34 servings compared to 77..hmm
every protein has BCAA's, it would be impossible to make a whey without them. That's what protein is - a bunch of amino acids bonded together. The bcaa's are part of what makes protein protein, not something that is added.

so the price is the factor than, 34 servings vs 77...might this stuff a go and see how it is
you are buying a supplement to supplement your diet. So why not spend more and get a better supplement?
yea you make a very good point, it just seems like those 34 servings will go away very fast
let's say at 3 servings per day, it will last you about 11 days. well fuck i'll still give it a go and see how it is, if it's really that much better, i'll switch to this.
You don't have to adhere to what they say on the tub... tailor your protein intake to your daily needs.
use as little as possible. Get most of your protein intake from whole foods. Shakes ONLY when you cannot eat food,
one is a 2lb. tub, the other is a 5lb. tub.. that's why the amount of servings is so different.. and why substance is a bit cheaper.
ON taste > substance, ON price > substance, ON quality...
