Yesterday, was working Bi's. Didn't do anything out of the ordinary, but I did switch to low weight Hi rep for this week. Got a nice pump.

Get home, and my Bi feels like it had Indian burn.

Wake up this morning, my skin is tight and I have a warm buring sensation. 4 hours later I have a line that starts from insde my armpit all the way around my Bi to the inside of my elbow. Perfectly outlining my Bi.

Stretch Marks maybe? My arm has been an inch bigger in the past and stretched more than yesterday so I don't see how I got it.

Pic for reference. Not me, just an example.

Is it itchy? Do you feel it when it's not flexed? You could try stretching your bis after the workout but I don't know exactly what it is.

Maybe you have a rash or scratched yourself? Does it hurt?

No rash, and didn't scratch myself.

This morning it was itchy, and I could not fully extend my arm. Hurts when arm is fully extended like a burning and a stretched feeling. The skin where it's red is swollen. Initially thought it was a torn bi but it would have been black and blue right now and hurt worse.

Taking off for a bit.

Fuck you've got some hairy spider so somethin' trying to escape from your arm pits man!!!!

Seriously though, it doesn't look like the right position for stretch marks. I would think any internal stretching or ripping wouldn't show through like that. Are you sure you didn't scratch it during a curl or something.

Only on one arm?

Yeah I need to take my clippers to the pits. :mamoru:

Don't think it's a rash. I was on preacher bench with Db'S though.
