So at the beginning of the year I bought dress shirts. 16 inch neck. Then I continued to gain weight (fat) and in april bought shirts with a 17 inch neck. Well I have lost 45 pounds and needed new clothes badly. Only exercises I do that may effect my neck are shrugs but with a 45 lb weight loss I am now wearing a 17 1/2 for my shirts Is my head gunna explode ?
