I would like to see more photos of your exterior & yard pls, looks nice

I am interested as well.

How much hp does a lawnmower need to keep a yard like that tidy?

I'm not making fun, the corner of that house is probably as big as my whole house.

By request:

Ones from April of this year. Looks better now as I’ve pruned / thinned out some stuff.

Built the yard up from just a flat patch of ivy between the driveway and agapanthus. Dug down about 2-3 feet from sidewalk / driveway height to clear out ivy and old sprinkler lines (layers of them) and then laid the base and did all the rock work, back fill, planting, etc.

Pre-AC era:

Love it, my small grassed front yard is useless.

Damn your yard is nice
Thank you - took about 6 months of evenings and weekends during 2020 so no other responsibilities outside of work. Don’t know if I’d tackle another effort like that again without the same sort of open schedule.

Upkeep is also a lot.

Need to upgrade the driveway and fix up the sidewalk and about 100 other things. The yard is essentially the only thing that isn’t deteriorating.

We like each other so definitely going to go the mutual benefit route.

I already made sure the holes they ran the piping through were patched up. The installers left them with plenty of room for rodents to squeeze through.

That’s interesting. Given A in this case is also essentially on the property line.

Edit: edit to say more than interesting that’s the exact info needed. Not that I want to report her when many sqft of my place may or may not have permits.
