    Most of the times I'm a lurker on F&N been working out for awhile my starting stats about 8-9 months ago were about 155 and ive bulked up to about 205 at the moment and im going to start posting my routines and what not on a day to day basis lets pray I keep up with it.

    Friday: Back Day and leg day (missed yesterday because of school things)(took it kind of easy today)
    Squats: 185lbs 10 times 3 sets
    Wide Grip pull ups weighted 15lbs more 4 reps 4 sets
    bent over rows (dumbells) 30lbs x 10 reps, 45lbs x 8 reps, 55lbs x 6 reps, 65lbs x 8 reps
    Dead lifts: 185lbs 2 sets 8 reps
    Good Mornings: 65lbs 4 sets 10 reps
