ngl if you can’t get a joocy turk with an oven or a smoker, you should leave the cooking to somebody more experienced.

Not a fan of sous vide chicken texture. Id do one in the oven and a smaller one sous vide for variety if I were to try it.

Yes made this the last few years. Sous vide then deep fried. Straight headband every time
