I'm sick of reading these bullshit threads about I can't eat as much as I'd like to, what kind of whey taste the most delicious, my training partners slowing me down how can I politely ask to be able to work out properly. Yall wanna be big? Get your fucking heads in the game. Aint nobody can do these lunges whining about this bullshit. Their is a reason they have big guys in the gym, and mediocre looking seasoned lifters. Thats mindset. Think like Arnold, lift like Ronnie, eat like a fucking lion. Yes, you can eat more, it doesn't fucking matter how the whey taste, cut the weak link in the chain - aint no time for little girl workout partners. Not enough can be said about the lack of motivation of some people.
